骨料生产线简介

骨料,即在混凝土中起骨架或填充作用的粒状松散材料。因其在建筑物中起骨架和支撑作用,如同人体的骨骼所以称之为骨料。在拌料时,水泥经水搅拌时,成稀糊状,如果不加骨料的话,它将无法成型,将导致无法使用.所以说骨料是建筑中十分重要的原料。
骨料生产线就是通过给料机向破碎机喂料、在破碎机中进行物料破碎、然后经过输送带传送到振动筛后筛分出成品料,可以承建日产500-30000吨的各种产量的生产线这一生产过程中所有设备共同组成了骨料生产线

Brief Introduction of Aggregate Production Line
Aggregate is a kind of granular loose material which plays the role of skeleton or filling in concrete. Because it plays a role of skeleton and support in the building, just like the skeleton of human body, it is called aggregate. When mixing materials, the cement will become a thin paste after water mixing. If no aggregate is added, the cement will not be formed and used. Therefore, aggregate is a very important raw material in construction.
The aggregate production line is to feed materials to the crusher through the feeder, crush the materials in the crusher, and then pass the conveyor belt to the vibrating screen to screen out the finished materials. It can undertake the production line with various output of 500-30000 tons per day. All the equipment in the production process constitute the aggregate production line.



骨料的分类

粗骨料:又称石子,是指粒径大于4.75 mm的骨料,主要有卵石和人工碎石.卵石是由自然风化或水流搬运等自然形成的近圆形或椭圆形的岩石,碎石主要是由机械破碎筛分制成的根据其用途不一样,原料可以有石灰石、青石、河卵石、花岗岩、玄武岩等各类岩石
细骨料:又称砂,是指粒径小于4.75 mm的骨料,主要有天然砂和人工砂天然砂就是河砂,湖砂,山砂和淡化后的海砂等人工砂就经过制砂机,将岩石破碎成如同自然砂的颗粒,其原料如同碎石,可以根据其用途选择各类岩石。

Classification of Aggregate Production Line
Coarse Aggregates: also known as stones, refers to aggregates with a particle size greater than 4.75 mm, mainly including pebbles and artificial crushed stones. Pebbles are naturally-shaped near-circular or elliptical rocks and crushed stones formed by natural weathering or water flow. It is mainly made by mechanical crushing and sieving. Depending on its use, the raw materials can be limestone, bluestone, river pebble, granite, basalt, etc.
Fine Aggregates: also known as sand, refers to aggregates with a particle size of less than 4.75 mm, mainly contain natural sand and artificial sand. Natural sand is river sand, lake sand, mountain sand and desalted sea sand, etc. Artificial sand is to pass the sand making machine to break the rock into particles like natural sand and its raw material is like crushed stone. You can choose various types of rock according to its use.

给料系统

石料生产线系统是向各段破碎机设备和筛分机送原料,根据破碎筛分工艺流程完成给料环节的设备有振动给料机或其他类型的给料设备。在砂石生产线中,一般都是使用针对给料机设备石料的供应。
Feeding System
The stone production line system sends raw materials to each section of crusher equipment and screening machine according to the crushing and screening process. The equipment to complete the feeding link includes vibrating feeder or other types of feeding equipment. In the gravel production line, it is generally used for the supply of stone material for the feeder equipment.

破碎系统

石料生产线系统是整套设备的心脏。它的工作是将各种矿石原料破碎成所需粒度的成品料,一条联合砂石生产线可有多台破碎机组成。这些破碎机械性能各异,共同完成石料的破碎工作。
Crushing System
The stone production line system is the heart of the whole set of equipment. Its job is to crush various ore raw materials into finished products with the required particle size. A combined sand and gravel production line can be composed of multiple crushers. These crushing machines have different performances and work together to complete stone crushing.

筛分输送系统

石料生产线系统是将破碎后的矿石经筛分机械进行筛分。在砂石料复合生产线中,砂和石料是需要分开的,而且分级后的砂石料需要输送到各自的场地。此过程使用的设备一般是直线振动筛或者其他的筛分机械设备。
Screening and Conveying System
The stone production line system sifts the crushed ore through a sieving machine. In the composite production line of sand and gravel materials, sand and stone materials need to be separated, and the classified gravel materials need to be transported to their respective sites. The equipment used in this process is generally a linear vibrating screen or other screening machinery.





骨料生产线设计方案
骨料生产线可以根据物料和产量的不同可以有很多种设计配置方案,同时根据地形不同也会有一些设计上的不同。
普通的骨料生产线配置一般都需要有:
破:将大块石破碎成较小的石块,经传送带输送到二破中继续破碎;
二破:将物料破碎到符合要求的成品料后,经传送带输送到振动筛;
振动筛:将破碎后的物料筛分不同品种的成品料,不符合要求的物料经振动筛筛分出来后由传送带输送到二破循环破碎
制砂机:如果骨料生产线中的成品料需要人工砂的话,可以增加制砂机,将二破出来的物料继续进行更小粒度的破碎机,生产出人工砂
洗砂机:对生产出的人工砂进行清洗,去掉杂质,使料型更好;

一破选择
重型锤式破碎机:抗压强度低于200Mpa的中低硬度物料,如石灰石、青石、煤矸石、石膏、砖瓦等
颚式碎破机:抗压强度低于320Mpa的中高硬度物料,如河卵石、白云石等
圆锥破碎机:河卵石、花岗岩、玄武岩、铁矿石、石英石、辉绿岩、铁矿、金矿、铜矿等中高硬度物料

二破选择
锤式破碎机:产量大,料型好,耗电少,维修方便,适用于中低硬度物料;
反击式破碎机:产量较小,料型好,适用于中高硬度物料
Design Scheme of Aggregate Production Line
The aggregate production line can have many design configurations according to the different materials and output, and there are some design differences according to the terrain.
The general aggregate production line configuration generally needs to have:
Head breaking: breaking large stones into smaller stones, conveying them to the second break through a conveyor belt to continue breaking.
Second break: After crushing the material to the finished product that meets the requirements, it is transported to the vibrating screen through the conveyor belt.
Vibrating screen: The broken materials are screened for different kinds of finished materials, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are screened out by the vibrating screen and then transported to the second breaking cycle by the conveyor belt.
Sand making machine: If the finished material in the aggregate production line requires artificial sand, you can increase the sand making machine, and continue to use the crushed material with a smaller particle size to produce artificial sand.
Sand washing machine: clean the artificial sand produced to remove impurities and make the material better;

Head breaking equipments:
Heavy-duty hammer crusher: medium and low hardness materials with compressive strength less than 200Mpa, such as limestone, bluestone, coal gangue, gypsum, brick, etc.
Jaw crusher: medium and high hardness materials with compressive strength lower than 320Mpa, such as river pebbles, dolomite, etc.
Cone crusher: medium-high hardness materials such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, quartz stone, diabase, iron ore, gold ore, copper ore

Second breaking equipments:
Hammer crusher: large output, good material type, low power consumption, easy maintenance, suitable for medium and low hardness materials;
Impact crusher: small output, good material type, suitable for medium and high hardness materials



骨料生产线的安装与维护

安装试车:
1、石料生产线设备应安装在水平的混凝土基础上,用地脚螺栓固定。
2、安装时应注意主机体与水平的垂直。
3、安装后检查各部位螺栓有无松动及主机仓门是否紧固,如有请进行紧固。
4、按石料生产线设备的动力配置电源线和控制开关。
5、检查完毕,进行空负荷试车,试车正常即可进行生产。
维护要点:
1、轴承担负机器的全部负荷,所以良好的润滑对轴承寿命有很大的关系,它直接影响到机器的使用寿命和运转率,因而要求注入的润滑油清洁,密封良好,本机器的主要注油处(1)转动轴承(2)轧辊轴承(3)所有齿轮(4)活动轴承、滑动平面.
2、新安装的轮箍容易发生松动经常进行检查.
3、注意石料生产线各机器各部位的工作是否正常.
4、注意检查易磨损件的磨损程度,注意更换被磨损的零件.
5、放活动装置的底架平面,应出去灰尘等物以免机器遇到不能破碎的物料时活动轴承不能在底架上移动,以致发生严重事故.
6、轴承油温升高,应立即停车检查原因加以消除.
7、转动齿轮在运转时若有冲击声应立即停车检查,并消除。

Installation and Maintenance of Aggregate Production Line
Installation and Test Run by Truck:
1.The stone production line equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the vertical of the main body and the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts in all parts are loose and whether the door of the host machine is tightened. If so, please tighten them.
4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the stone production line equipment.
5. After the inspection, carry out the no-load test run, and the test run can be carried out normally.


Key Points for Maintenance:
1. The shaft bears the full load of the negative machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearing. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil is required to be clean and well sealed. The main oil injection of this machine (1) Rotating bearing (2) Roller bearing (3) All gears (4) Moving bearing, sliding plane.
2. The newly installed tires are prone to loosening and often checked.
3. Pay attention to whether the work of each part of each machine of the stone production line is normal.
4. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of wearing parts, and pay attention to replacing worn parts.
5. The plane of the chassis where the mobile device is placed should be free of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the chassis when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, resulting in a serious accident.
6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
7. If there is impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped and checked immediately and eliminated.
