石膏粉是五大凝胶材料之一,在国民经济中占有重要的地位。石膏粉生产线是将天然二水石膏矿石(生石膏)或工业副产石膏(脱硫石膏、磷石膏等)经过一定温度加热煅烧并磨细,使二水石膏脱水分解,得到的以β半水石膏为主要成分的产品,即为建筑石膏(通为熟石膏)。
我们公司在10多年的研发磨粉设备的基础上,针对石膏的诸多特点,开发出了一套高产高效石膏粉生产技术工艺,该技术为干法生产,实现自磨自选,通过变频高效选粉机,可直接将石膏磨细至符合《建筑石膏》GB/T9776—2008标准,无需再经过外部筛分或分选。同时由于采用内部循环风,可快速将符合成品的石膏粉吹选出,完全避免过粉磨现象,大大提高了产量和生产效率;由于采用了先进的除尘器,系统达到国家环保要求。

Gypsum powder is one of the five major gel materials and occupies an important position in the national economy. The gypsum powder production line is to calcinate natural dihydrate gypsum ore (raw gypsum) or industrial by-product gypsum (desulfurized gypsum, phosphogypsum, etc.) at a certain temperature. It is ground to make the dihydrate gypsum dehydrated and decomposed. The product with β hemihydrate gypsum as the main component is the building gypsum (commonly known as plaster of gypsum).
Based on more than 10 years of research and development of grinding equipment, our company has developed a set of high-efficiency and high-efficiency gypsum powder production technology for the many characteristics of gypsum. This technology is dry production, which realizes self-grinding and self-selection. The machine can directly grind the gypsum to meet the GB/T9776—2008 standard of “Building Gypsum” without the need for external screening or sorting. At the same time, the internal circulation wind can be used to quickly select the gypsum powder that meets the finished product, completely avoiding the phenomenon of over-grinding, which greatly improves the output and production efficiency; thanks to the use of advanced dust collectors, the system meets the national environmental protection requirements.





石膏磨粉生产线的工艺流程:
破碎机将大尺寸的石膏矿石破碎成小于30mm的小块颗粒,输送至磨机进行粉磨,经选粉机将粉磨后达到产品所需细度的石膏生粉送入沸腾炉进行煅烧,其余部分返回磨机进行再次粉磨直至合格。煅烧后的合格石膏粉送入熟料仓储存或送入制品车间使用。
根据工艺要求建筑石膏生产线通常分为五部分,分别是破碎系统、粉磨系统、煅烧系统、储料输送系统及电控系统。
(1)破碎系统:石膏原料经由给料机进入破碎机,破碎机将大尺寸的石膏矿石破碎成小于30mm的小块颗粒,备用。根据石膏原料的大小和不同产量需求,可以选择对应规格的破碎机,通常选择PE颚式破碎机、PC锤式破碎机或PF反击式破碎机等。为了保护环境清洁,可配备除尘设备,满足环保排放要求。
(2)原料输送:经破碎后的石膏原料经过提升机输送至储料仓备用。储料仓根据对物料储存时间的要求设计规格,保证物料稳定的供给。
(3)粉磨系统: 物料经电磁振动给料机均匀连续地送入磨机内,进行研磨。粉磨后的石膏生粉由磨机鼓风机鼓出的风流吹出,经过主机上方的分析机进行分级。细度合乎规格的粉末,随风流进入大旋风收集器,收集后经出粉管排出即为成品。成品落入螺旋输送机,输送到下一系统煅烧。整个风路系统是密闭循环的,从大旋风收集器和鼓风机之间的管道引入袋式除尘器,除去空气中的粉尘,然后排到环境中,确保环境清洁。经过粉磨系统的物料由粒径0~30mm,改变为80~200目,符合石膏粉细度要求。
该粉磨主要设备为提升机、储料仓、振动给料机、磨粉机、螺旋输送机、袋式除尘器等。
(4)煅烧系统:该系统主要包括提升机、沸腾炉、静电除尘、罗茨风机等设备。采用的沸腾炉为目前我国应用的建筑石膏煅烧设备,具有设备小巧,生产能力大结构简单,不易损坏设备紧凑,占地少能耗较低操作方便,容易实现自动控制,产品质量好,熟石膏相组成比较理想,物理性能稳定基建投资省,运行费用低等七大优点,被广泛应用于天然石膏和化学石膏的煅烧工艺之中。
(5)电器控制系统:
电器控制系统采用目前先进的集中控制、DCS控制或PLC控制,各控制元件均选用国际知名品牌产品。
石膏粉的技术指标
(1) 产品质量:达到或超过国家《建筑石膏》标准(GB9776-2008)要求。
(2)细度:80-200目,筛余10%。
(3)抗折强度(与原材料有直接关系):≥1.6Mpa;抗压强度:≥3.0Mpa。
(4)主要相成分:半水石膏的含量:≥60%可调。

Process flow of gypsum grinding production line:
The crusher crushes the large-scale gypsum ore into small particles of less than 30mm, and sends it to the mill for grinding. The gypsum raw powder with the fineness required for the product after the grinding is sent to the boiling furnace for calcination. Partially return to the mill and grind again until qualified. The calcined qualified gypsum powder is sent to the clinker bin for storage or sent to the product workshop for use.
According to the technological requirements, the construction gypsum production line is usually divided into five parts, which are the crushing system, the grinding system, the calcination system, the storage and conveying system, and the electronic control system.
(1) Crushing system: The gypsum raw material enters the crusher through the feeder, and the crusher crushes the large-scale gypsum ore into small particles less than 30mm, which is ready for use. According to the size of gypsum raw materials and different output requirements, you can choose a crusher of corresponding specifications, usually choose PE jaw crusher, PC hammer crusher or PF impact crusher, etc. In order to protect the environment clean, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment to meet the environmental protection emission requirements.
(2) Raw material transportation: The crushed gypsum raw material is transported to the storage bin for use by the elevator. The storage silo is designed according to the requirements for the storage time of materials to ensure the stable supply of materials.
(3) Grinding system: The materials are fed into the mill evenly and continuously through the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. The ground gypsum powder is blown out by the air flow from the blower of the mill, and is classified by the analyzer above the main machine. The powder with fineness conforming to the specification enters into the large cyclone collector with the wind flow, and after collection, it is discharged through the powder outlet pipe to be the finished product. The finished product falls into the screw conveyor and is sent to the next system for calcination. The entire air path system is closed circulation. The bag filter is introduced from the pipe between the large cyclone collector and the blower to remove the dust in the air, and then discharged into the environment to ensure a clean environment. The material passing through the grinding system is changed from 0 to 30mm in particle size to 80 to 120 mesh, which meets the fineness requirements of gypsum powder.
The main equipment of the mill is a hoist, a storage bin, a vibrating feeder, a mill, a screw conveyor, a bag filter, etc.
(4) Calcining system: The system mainly includes hoist, boiling furnace, electrostatic precipitator, Roots blower and other equipment. The boiling furnace used is the building gypsum calcining equipment currently used in China. It has small equipment, large production capacity, simple structure, easy to damage, compact equipment, less space consumption, low energy consumption, convenient operation, easy to achieve automatic control, good product quality, and plaster gypsum phase. The composition is ideal, the physical properties are stable, the capital investment is low, and the operating cost is low. It is widely used in the calcination process of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum.
(5) Electrical control system:
The electric appliance control system adopts the current advanced centralized control, DCS control or PLC control, and each control element is selected from internationally renowned brand products.
Technical index of gypsum powder
(1) Product quality: meets or exceeds the requirements of the national "Building Gypsum" standard (GB9776-2008).
(2) Fineness: 80-200 mesh, sieve residue 10%.
(3) Flexural strength (directly related to raw materials): ≥1.6Mpa; compressive strength: ≥3.0Mpa.
(4) Main phase composition: hemihydrate gypsum content: ≥60% adjustable.

工作原理 Working principle
破碎后合格的物料,经变频皮带给料机均匀定量连续地送入主机磨室内进行研磨。粉磨后的物料被风机气流送入选粉机进行分级,在分析机的作用下,不符合细度要求的物料落入磨室内重新碾磨,合格的物料则随气流经管道进入旋风集粉器内,进行分离收集,经排料装置排出即为成品粉体。分离后的气流通过旋风集粉器上端回风管进入风机。该系统在正负压状态下运行,设备配有脉冲除尘器,环保。

After grinding, the materials are sent to the separator by the air flow of the fan for classification. Under the function of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding room for re grinding. The qualified materials flow through the pipeline with the gas into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and are discharged by the discharge device as the finished powder. The separated air flow enters the fan through the upper return air pipe of the cyclone dust collector. The system operates under positive and negative pressure, and the equipment is equipped with pulse dust remover, which is environmentally friendly.
